摘 要:对2种先进高效的汽轮机冲动式叶型(LH、LL叶型)进行多级空气工质级试验和数值模拟分析,研究2种叶型在真实级环境下的总体性能差异.结果表明:2种叶型空气流量的试验值和模拟值基本一致;LH叶型具有更高的通流效率;2种叶型最佳速比的模拟值均高于试验值;随着根部速比的增大,通流级根部反动度逐渐增大,并且反动度的模拟值高于试验值.相比于LL叶型,LH叶型的设计理念更加合理,性能提升达到预期,研究结果可以为LH叶型的工程应用提供重要参考.For two types of advanced and efficient impulse blade profiles(LH,LL blade profiles)in steam turbines,analyses were conducted on the multi-stage air-medium stage test and numerical simulation,so as to research the overall performance difference between the two types of impulse blade profiles in real stage environment.Results show that,the simulation values of air flow rate with two types of impulse blade profiles basically coincide with the test values,while the LH blade profile has a higher through-flow efficiency.In addition,the simulation values of the optimal speed ratios of two types of impulse blade profiles are both higher than the test values.Finally,with the increase of the speed ratio at the root,the reaction degree at the root of the through-flow stage gradually increases,and the simulation value of reaction degree is higher than the test value.The design concept of LH blade profile is more reasonable than that of LL blade profile,and the effect of performance improvement can satisfy the expectation.Research results may provide an important reference for the engineering application of LH blade profile.
