摘　　要：针对葡北油田开发过程中注气井和采油井生成的水合物易堵塞井筒的问题,采用动力学抑制剂防止水合物生成、热力学抑制剂解除水合物堵塞。以N-乙烯吡咯烷酮、N-乙烯己内酰胺、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵为单体,通过自由基聚合反应合成了动力学抑制剂HI-3,评价了动力学抑制剂HI-3对水合物生成的抑制性能以及热力学抑制剂对水合物堵塞的解除效果。结果表明,在4℃、8 MPa条件下,1%HI-3抑制剂可将水合物生成的诱导时间延长至1380 min以上;热力学抑制剂对水合物分解速率的大小顺序为:乙二醇>二甘醇>丙三醇>甲醇>乙醇,且升高热力学抑制剂乙二醇的温度,可加快水合物的分解速率。In view of the problem that hydrate generated by gas injection well and oil production well is easy to block the wellbore during the development of Pubei Oilfield,we used kinetic inhibitor to prevent hydrate formation and used thermodynamic inhibitor to relieve hydrate plugging.Firstly,taking N-vinylpyrrolidone,N-vinylcaprolactam,and dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride as monomers,we synthesized kinetic inhibitor HI-3 by free radical polymerization.Then,we evaluated the inhibition performance of kinetic inhibitor HI-3 to prevent hydrate formation and the removal effect of thermodynamic inhibitor on hydrate plugging.The results show that the 1% HI-3 inhibitor can prolong the induction time of hydrate formation to more than 1 380 min under conditions of 4 ℃ and 8 MPa.The order of the decomposition rate of hydrate by thermodynamic inhibitors is ethylene glycol>diethylene glycol>glycerol>methanol>ethanol,and the decomposition rate of hydrate can be accelerated by increasing the temperature of ethylene glycol.
