低渗透油田生物酶复合中性解堵剂性能研究

摘  要:针对低渗透CQ油田有机无机复合垢的组成特点,研制了一种以生物酶、生物表面活性剂、螯合酸为主要成分的生物酶复合中性解堵剂,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,CQ油田有机无机复合垢中无机垢、有机垢占比分别为80.40%、19.60%;无机垢胶结不强,结构松散,主要成分为碳酸钙和硫化亚铁;生物酶复合中性解堵剂与CQ油田地层水配伍性良好,生物酶复合中性解堵剂体系密度为1.189 g·mL^(-1),表面张力为28.43 mN·m^(-1),72 h腐蚀速率最高为0.033 5 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1);生物酶复合中性解堵剂能将有机无机复合垢有效溶解,12 h溶垢率达85.9%。In view of the composition characteristics of organic and inorganic compound scale in CQ Oilfield,we developed a bioenzyme compound neutral plugging remover by using bioenzymes,biosurfactants,and chelating agents as main components,and evaluated its performance.The results show that the organic and inorganic compound scale samples in CQ Oilfield contain about 80.40% inorganic scale and 19.60% organic scale.The inorganic scale has weak cementitiousness and loose structure,which is mainly composed of calcium carbonate and ferrous sulfide.The bioenzyme compound neutral plugging remover is well compatible with the formation water of CQ Oilfield,the system density is 1.189 g·mL^(-1),the surface tension is 28.43 mN·m^(-1),and the highest corrosion rate at 72 h is 0.033 5 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1).The organic and inorganic compound scale can be dissolved effectively by the bioenzyme compound neutral plugging remover,and the scale dissolution rate is 85.9% at 12 h.
