摘 要:随着中国城市化进程的逐渐提高,城市生活垃圾产生量也日趋增加,垃圾焚烧发电已成为当前主要的处置方式之一。垃圾焚烧处理前在料坑中堆放发酵过程会产生较多渗沥液,若不及时处理,不仅影响垃圾的入炉热值,也容易造成土壤、大气、水等二次污染问题。为实现垃圾焚烧电厂渗沥液处理系统的智能和高效运行,文章针对渗沥液处理系统中设备种类多、操作复杂以及人工成本高等问题,通过现场总线技术集成于实际应用中,有效提高了垃圾焚烧电厂的渗沥液处理水平,为智慧电厂建设中渗沥液处置提供了有效解决途径。With the gradual improvement of urbanization in China,the amount of municipal waste is also increasing daily,and waste incineration power generation has become one of the primary disposal method.The stacking and fermentation process in the pit before waste incineration will produce more leachate,if not treated in time,not only can affect the calorific value of the waste in the furnace,but also easy to cause the secondary pollution problems of soil,atmosphere,water and so on.In order to realize the intelligent and efficient operation of the leachate treatment system of the waste incineration power plant,aiming at the problems of many types of equipment,complex operation and high labor cost in the leachate treatment system,this paper integrates fieldbus technology into the practical application,effectively improving the leachate treatment level of the waste incineration power plant,and provides an effective solution for the leachate disposal in the construction of the intelligent power plant.
