摘 要:文章对唐山首钢京唐西山焦化有限责任公司酚氰废水处理系统的运行情况及存在的问题进行了简要概述及具体分析,阐述通过采取微氧水解曝气、HSEM生物绳耦合脱氮、可提升旋流曝气等技术改造,并通过调节好氧池pH、增大污泥回流量、污泥循环相互补充等操作手段提高了系统的运行稳定性。改造后,其处理能力显著提高,出水水质COD、NH_(3)-N等指标均达到设计要求,且生化系统运行稳定。The article provides a brief overview and specific analysis of the operation and existing problems of the phenol cyanide wastewater treatment system at Tangshan Shougang Jingtang Xishan Coking Co.,Ltd.It elaborates on the improvement of the system’s operational stability through the adoption of technologies such as micro oxygen hydrolysis aeration,HSEM biological rope coupling denitrification and enhanced swirl aeration,as well as the adjustment of the pH of the aerobic tank,increase of sludge reflux rate and mutual supplementation of sludge circulation.After transformation,the processing capacity has significantly improved,and the effluent quality indicators such as COD and NH_(3)-N have all met the design requirements,and the biochemical system operates stably.
