摘  要:膜生产废水含有的COD_(cr)主要为难生物降解的二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC),废水的COD_(cr)达13000 mg/L,TN浓度达1200 mg/L。针对某企业膜生产废水高COD_(cr)、高TN、难生物降解的特点,采用芬顿氧化+水解酸化的预处理工艺和二级A/O结合MBR的主体处理工艺。根据该工程实例,膜生产废水采用芬顿氧化+水解酸化+二级A/O结合MBR膜的处理工艺,实际运行结果表明,COD_(cr)和TN的总去除效率分别达到99.6%和98.9%,排水指标达到国标GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A排放标准。The COD_(cr) contained in membrane production wastewater is mainly dimethylformamide(DMF)and dimethylacetamide(DMAC),which are refractory to biodegradation,and the COD_(cr) of wastewater is 13000 mg/L,and the TN concentration is 1200 mg/L.In view of the characteristics of high CODcr,high TN and difficult biodegradation of membrane production wastewater of an enterprise,the pretreatment process of Fenton oxidation+hydrolysis acidification was adopted,and the main treatment process was composed of secondary A/O combined with MBR.According to the project example,the membrane production wastewater is treated by fenton oxidation+hydrolysis acidification+secondary A/O combined with MBR membrane,and the actual operation results show that the total removal efficiency of COD_(cr) and TN is 99.6%and 98.9%respectively,and the drainage index meets the national standard GB 18918-2002 Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants first-class A discharge standard.
