摘 要:文章针对高炉炉前作业的严峻安全问题,通过风险识别与评估,揭示了作业人员面临的高温、机械伤害和粉尘中毒等主要风险,并探讨了智能监测与预警、自动化操作、高温防护技术和机器人技术在高炉炉前的实际应用。以甲号高炉为例,展示了安全生产技术如何显著提高作业安全性和生产效率。这些技术的应用实践证明,智能监测、自动化作业和远程操控机器人等技术对降低安全风险、保障人员安全和提升生产效率具有决定性作用。This article focuses on the serious safety issues of blast furnace front operation,and through risk identification and evaluation,reveals the main risks faced by operators such as high temperature,mechanical injury and dust poisoning.The study explores the practical applications of intelligent monitoring and early warning,automated operation,high-temperature protection technology and robot technology in front of blast furnaces.Taking the No.A blast furnace as an example,this article demonstrates how safety production technology can significantly improve operational safety and production efficiency.The practical application of these technologies has proven that intelligent monitoring,automated operations and remote control of robots play a decisive role in reducing safety risks,ensuring personnel safety and improving production efficiency.
