摘　　要：随着现代工业化的飞速发展,生产安全事故的发生不仅对人民的生命财产安全构成威胁,还给生态环境和社会稳定造成了影响。面对突如其来的事故风险,建立高效的应急管理体系变得迫切重要。企业编制一系列符合企业生产需求和生产基本状况的应急预案,能够科学地应对突发事故,尽可能减少安全事故发生时人员的伤亡和经济损失,为提升事故应对能力、减少事故损失、维护社会稳定作出积极贡献。With the rapid development of modern industrialization,the occurrence of production safety accidents not only poses a threat to people’s life and property safety,but also has an impact on the ecological environment and social stability.In the face of sudden accident risks,it is urgent to establish an efficient emergency management system.Enterprises develop a series of emergency plans that meet the production needs and basic production conditions of the enterprise,so as to scientifically respond to unexpected accidents,minimize casualties and economic losses when safety accidents occur,and make positive contributions to improving accident response capabilities,reducing accident losses and maintaining social stability.
