摘 要:文章探讨了煤气化工艺炉型选择的影响因素,包括原料特性、气化效率与能耗、环保要求、技术成熟度与可靠性、操作维护成本等。基于对这些因素的分析,建立了多目标优化模型,以指导炉型选择,并通过案例分析验证了模型的有效性和实用性,建议综合考虑原料特性、环保性能、技术成熟度和经济效益来选择炉型,其未来研究方向包括完善模型、研究新型炉型和长期运行性能。This paper explored the influencing factors of furnace type selection in coal gasification process,including raw material characteristics,gasification efficiency and energy consumption,environmental protection requirements,technology maturity and reliability,operation and maintenance costs,etc.Based on the analysis of these factors,a multi-objective optimization model was established to guide the selection of furnace type.The effectiveness and practicality of the model were verified through case analysis.It is recommended to consider the raw material characteristics,environmental protection performance,technology maturity and economic benefits when selecting the furnace type.Future research directions include improving the model,studying new furnace types and long-term operational performance.
