摘 要:顶管工程中对端头工作井局部土体的有效加固是成功实现顶管穿越的重要保障。因此,以紧邻南昌市丹霞路道路的地下综合管廊顶管端头工作井采用MJS工法加固工程为依托,通过现场工况分析、钻孔取芯检测以及数值模拟计算,分析了采用MJS工法对多舱顶管大断面端头工作井的加固作用效果。分析结果表明:大断面多舱顶管端头工作井采用MJS工法桩区分强弱加固区和局部楔形体加固方案完全满足工程安全质量要求,顶管结构下卧既有运营地铁隧道结构工况对周围土体施工扰动控制要求很高,采用该加固方案对控制周边地层位移有显著效果,而且对类似工程的设计施工具有指导性意义。In jacking engineering,the effective reinforcement of the local soil at the end well is an important guarantee for the successful implementation of the crossing project.The reinforcement project by MJS of the end well of the utility tunnel of Danxia road adjacent to Nanchang city are taken as an example.Through on-site condition analysis,drilling core detection,and numerical simulation calculation,the reinforcement effect of the MJS method on the end working well at the large cross-section of multi pipe jacking engineering is analyzed.The results show that the MJS construction method pile is used to distinguish the strong and weak reinforcement areas and the local wedge reinforcement scheme for the multi-cabin large section pipe jacking end shaft fully meet the safety and quality requirements of the project.The existing subway tunnel structure under the pipe jacking project has high requirements for the control of the surrounding soil construction disturbance.But the existing reinforcement scheme has a significant effect on the control of the surrounding stratum displacement.This reinforcement plan has guiding significance for the design and construction of similar projects.
