摘  要:深大基坑施工风险因素多,结构设计复杂,同时现有监测预警滞后,因此存在信息联动性差和可视化程度低的问题。为此,提出以基于建筑信息模型(BIM)为核心、自动化物联网采集技术为基础的,考虑多源化信息集成,构建监测数据自动采集、实时预警与风险评估一体化的Wed端基坑监测可视化管理系统,即:先以Revit建立结构体、Civil 3D建立复杂地质体的建模方法,形成基坑本体信息和监测数据的模型载体;通过二次开发完成格式轻量化并借助引擎实现三维模型跨平台重构;利用GIS三维空间信息数据与物联网技术优势,以计算机辅助手段完成与BIM的集成化,达到基坑综合评估风险目的。该监测可视化管理系统在北京城市副中心超大深基坑的运用,保障了其开挖、支护过程和周边环境的安全,且表明了其可行性和优势,可为基坑施工安全管理提供经验。Due to many risk factors and complex structural design,the existing monitoring warning behind,the deep foundation pit construction has problems of poor information linkage and low visualization.Based on building information modeling(BIM)as the core,automatic Internet of Things(IoT)collection technology,considering multisource information integration,it is proposed to build a Wed-end pit monitoring visualization management system of the integration of automatic collection of monitoring data,real-time early warning and risk assessment,which is a structural body is firstly established by Revit and a complex geologic body modeling is established by Civil 3D to form a model carrier of pit body information and monitoring data;Through secondary development,the format lightweight is completed to realize the cross-platform reconstruction of the 3D model by the engine;With the help of the advantages of the GIS 3D spatial information data and the IoT technology,the integration with BIM is completed by computer-assisted means to achieve the purpose of comprehensive assessment of risk of pit.The application of this monitoring and visualization management system in the oversized deep foundation pit of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center guarantees the safety of its excavation,support process and surrounding environment,and shows its feasibility and advantages,which can provide experience for the safety management of foundation pit construction.
