摘 要:低压供电系统中,会发生故障或者非故障停电情况,由于停电原因比较复杂,排除故障、恢复供电时间比较长,给用户用电带来极大不便,为了尽量减少台区停电时间、快速恢复供电,可在现有低压多功能测量仪表中加入故障录波功能。发生停电情况时,运维人员通过远程通信读取到测量仪表中录波数据,就可快速判断出停电情况,精准找到故障线路及分析故障原因,从而快速检修或排除故障,恢复台区供电。对传统低压供电系统进行改造升级,结果具有实际应用和推广价值。In low-voltage power supply systems,power outages may occur because of faults or non faults.Due to the complex causes of power outages,troubleshooting and restoring power takes a long time,which brings great inconvenience to users in terms of electricity consumption.In order to minimize the power outage time in the substation and quickly restore power supply,fault recording function can be added to the existing low-voltage multifunctional measuring instruments.When a power outage occurs,operation and maintenance personnel can quickly analyze the power outage situation by reading the recorded datas from the measuring instruments through remote communication.By accurately finding the fault line and analyzing the causes,they can quickly repair or eliminate faults,and restore power supply to the substation.It has practical application and promotion value for the transformation and upgrading of traditional low-voltage power supply systems.
