Effects of Perceived Task Diversity and Demand Satisfaction on Exercise Behavior of College Students:A Moderated Chain Mediation Model

摘　　要：尽管体育锻炼的重要性广为人知,但在体育教学中大学生的个体行为仍然表现出锻炼动机、锻炼意向和锻炼行为不一致的现象。本研究使用体育教学感知任务多样性量表、体育教学基本心理需求满意度量表和体育教学动机量表对全国7个地区的2 538名大学生进行测查并构建锻炼行为模型。研究分析了大学生感知任务多样性和心理需求满意度对其锻炼行为影响的内部运行路径,探究了中介效应变量对促进锻炼行为过程产生的作用。结果表明:(1)基于自我决定理论构建的大学生锻炼行为理论模型能够很好地解释和预测各变量的相互关系;(2)感知任务多样性正向预测自主动机负向预测去动机,需求满意度正向预测自主动机和负向预测控制动机;(3)感知任务多样性和心理需求满意度能促进大学生的锻炼行为,自主动机和控制动机在整体的运行过程中具有重要的链式中介效应,且自主动机的中介强度与效果量最大。Although the importance of physical exercise is widely known,the individual behavior of college students in physical education still shows the inconsistency of exercise motivation,exercise intention and exercise behavior.2538 college students from seven regions of China were tested by the physical education teaching perceptual task diversity Scale,the physical education teaching basic psychological needs satisfaction Scale and the physical education teaching motivation Scale,and the exercise behavior model was built.Firstly,the internal operating path of the influence of perceived task diversity and psychological demand satisfaction on exercise behavior of college students is discussed.Secondly,the role of mediating effect variables on the process of exercise behavior is explored.The results show that:(1)The theoretical model of college students'exercise behavior based on self-determination theory can explain and predict the relationship between the variables well;(2)Perceived task diversity positively predicts autonomous motivation and negatively predicts de-motivation,and demand satisfaction positively predicts autonomous motivation and negatively predicts control motivation;(3)Perceptual task diversity and psychological demand satisfaction can promote college students'exercise behavior.Autonomous motivation and control motivation have an important chain mediation effect in the overall operation process,and autonomous motivation has the largest mediation intensity and effect amount.
