摘 要:舰艇数量增加、性能提升、任务增多,使其面临着码头油料补给优化的重要课题。针对补给时间、泊位利用率、人员工作效率,以舰艇泊位分配为变量,建立了舰艇码头油料补给多目标优化模型,并基于精英策略的遗传算法,设计了泊位分配优化算法。然后,应用案例数据,分析了优化模型的应用。结果表明了上述方法的有效性,并探讨了针对不同补给任务的泊位分配优化方案选择的方法,以及相同泊位舰艇油料补给的排序优化问题。The increase in the number of ships,the improvement of performance,and the increase in tasks have made them face an important issue of optimizing dock fuel supply.For this problem,a multi-objective optimization model of ship refueling at dock was established with ship berth assignment as variables.In this model,refueling time,berth utilization rate and personnel efficiency were the optimization goals.Second,an optimization algorithm for the ship refueling at dock was designed based on the NSGA-II.Then,the application of this optimization model was analyzed through a case study,and its results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.Finally,the selection of optimal berth assignment schedules for different tasks was discussed,whereas the optimization of the refueling sequence of ships at the same berth was also explored.
