摘 要:战略运输机是一个国家战略能力的重要标志,而效费比评估研究是运输机论证的重要方面,是支撑装备发展或改进的重要依据。针对战略运输机的评估需求,从体系运用角度出发,基于任务规划与仿真推演,提出了一套效能评估指标体系与计算方法,并通过建模形成了一套仿真环境。针对国内跨区投送以及海外投送想定,采用国外典型战略运输机,开展了装载规划与仿真推演,给出了各型运输机的效费比结果,为未来我国运输机的发展论证提供参考。Strategic airlifter fleet is an important symbol of a country's strategic capability,and as an important aspect of transport study,cost-effectiveness analyses is an important basis for supporting the development or improvement plan of fleets.In this paper,based on the task planning and simulation from the perspective of system,a set of performance evaluation indexes is put forward,a new cost-effectiveness method is constructed,and a simulation environment is formed by modeling.For domestic cross-regional delivery and overseas delivery,the loading planning and simulation of foreign strategic airlifters are carried out,and the cost-effectiveness ratio results of each type of airlifter are given,which can be used as a reference for the future development of China's strategic airlifter.
