摘 要:从航空公司的角度出发,构建中心辐射网络已成为航空公司发展的战略需要。在构建中心辐射网络优化模型时,传统的做法是将机场容量视为恒定值,考虑恒定容量的优化问题(模型B)。在此将机场容量视为到达和出发航班的函数,得到机场的容量包线,构建了基于机场容量包线的航空公司中心辐射网络设计模型(模型A)。继而以中联航2017年和2019年的运营数据为例,并基于粒子群算法编写MATLAB程序对模型A和模型B进行求解。结果表明:基于机场容量包线的网络优化模型能优化出一个更好的中心辐射网络,进一步降低了航空公司的网络总成本。From the perspective of airlines,building a hub-and-spoke network has become a strategic need for the development of airlines.When constructing the optimization model of hub-and-spoke network,the traditional approach is to regard the airport capacity as a constant value and consider the optimization problem of constant capacity(model B).In this paper,the airport capacity was regarded as the function of arrival and departure flights,the airport capacity envelope was obtained,and the airline hub-and-spoke network design model(model A)based on the airport capacity envelope was constructed.Then we took the operation data of China United Airlines in 2017 and 2019 as an example,and compiled MATLAB program based on particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve model A and model B.The results show that the network optimization model based on airport capacity envelope can optimize a better huband-spoke network and further reduce the total network cost of airlines.
