摘 要:由于被控车辆模型精度直接影响自适应巡航系统硬件在环仿真与实车测试的吻合度,提出利用实车测试外特性数据校准被控车辆模型的方法,进而提升系统仿真精度。首先,基于自适应巡航系统架构,搭建了仿真系统。然后,根据实车测试外特性数据对基础车辆动力学模型和逆纵向动力学模型进行逐级校准。最后,利用校准前和校准后的模型分别进行自适应巡航系统加速行驶工况、制动减速工况和跟车行驶工况仿真,并与实车测试结果进行对比分析。结果表明,利用实测数据校准被控车辆模型的方法可以显著提升自适应巡航系统硬件在环仿真与实测数据的吻合度。Due to the direct inpact of the precision of the vehicle model on the consistency between the hardware-in-loop simulation results and the test data of adaptive cruise system,a method to calibrate the vehicle model using the real car test data is proposed to improve the simulation accuracy of the adaptive cruise system.Firstly,a simulation system was built based on the architecture of adaptive cruise system.Then,the basic vehicle dynamics model and the inverse longitudinal dynamics model were calibrated step by step according to the real car test data.Finally,the models before and after calibration were used to simulate the acceleration condition,braking condition and car following condition,and the simulation results were compared with the actual vehicle test results.The results show that the method of using the real car test data to calibrate the model can significantly improve the consistency between the hardware-in-the-loop simulation and the test data of the adaptive cruise system.
