摘 要:为某型号同轴空间相机设计了具有铝蜂窝夹层结构的轻量化主承力板。从加固结构和预埋件两方面改良传统蜂窝夹层,上下碳纤维面板选用M40J,铺层方式为[0°/45°/90°/-45°]s,铝蜂窝芯子规格为3×0.05mm,主承力板设计重量为3.98kg。采用基于正交各向异性实体单元的蜂窝夹层结构等效建模方法,将铝蜂窝芯子等效为“中间层”,仿真分析结果表明,主要空间工况下主次镜间的相对位移不超过9.904μm,相对转角不超过4.708″,对应相机调制传递函数最小值为0.252,较设计值仅下降约2%,整机基频达到94.4Hz,相机动、静力学特性能够满足可见光波段遥感器设计要求。A lightweight main bearing plate with aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure was designed for a cer⁃tain coaxial space camera.The honeycomb sandwich structure was improved from the aspects of reinforcement meas⁃ures and inserts,while the upper and lower panels were made of M40J carbon fiber composite material with the laye⁃ring sequence of[0°/45°/90°/-45°]s,and the configuration of aluminum honeycomb core was 3×0.05mm,the de⁃sign weight of the main bearing plate proposed was 3.98kg.The equivalent modeling method of honeycomb sandwich structure based on orthogonal anisotropic solid elements was adopted,the aluminum honeycomb core was equivalent to the‘interlayer’.The simulation results reveal that the relative eccentricity between primary and secondary mirrors under main working conditions does not exceed 9.904μm,and the relative rotation angle does not exceed 4.708",the corresponding minimum modulation transfer function of the camera is 0.252,which is only 2%lower than the designed value,while the first-order fundamental frequency reaches 94.4Hz,both the static and dynamic characteris⁃tics meet the design requirements for visible band remote sensors.
