摘 要:钛合金/工程塑料通过焊接方式所形成的复合结构在现代工业领域中具有重要应用价值。运用ABAQUS软件建立了TC4钛合金/PEEK聚醚醚酮激光焊接有限元模型,运用Fortran语言编写Subroutine子程序DFLUX,建立了高斯移动焊接热源分布模型。得出了激光焊接过程温度场分布情况。研究了激光焊接过程中温度分布规律。研究了激光功率、焊接速度、光斑大小三种焊接工艺参数对温度场的影响规律。研究结果表明,焊接路径上各节点温度变化规律基本一致;在其余两种焊接工艺参数不变的情况下,最高温度随着激光功率增大、焊接速度减小、以及光斑半径大小减小而增加。研究结果为两种材料激光焊接试验工作提供了参考,为进一步优化焊接工艺参数以及提高焊接接头质量提供了理论基础。Titanium alloy/engineering plastics composite structure formed by welding has important application value in modern industrial field.In this paper,the finite element model of TC4/PEEK laser welding was established by ABAQUS software.The Subroutine DFLUX was written by Fortran language,and the Gaussian moving welding heat source distribution model was established.The temperature field distribution of laser welding process was obtained.The temperature distribution during laser welding was studied.The influences of laser power,welding speed and spot size on temperature field were studied.The results show that the temperature variation of each node on the welding path is basically the same;when the two welding parameters are constant,the maximum temperature increases with the increase of laser power,the decrease of welding speed,and the decrease of spot radius.The research results pro⁃vide a reference for laser welding test of two materials and a theoretical basis for further optimizing welding process parameters and improving the quality of welded joints.
