摘　　要：随着现代通信工程的快速发展,光纤传输技术的应用要求不断提升。文中从这个角度入手,对光纤传输技术的基本原理进行了分析,探讨了当前现代通信工程中光纤传输技术的应用,其优越性体现在高带宽、长距离传输、抗干扰性强和安全性高上。在此基础上,还对光纤传输技术面临的挑战进行了分析,提出了解决这些挑战的方案。With the rapid development of modern communication engineering,the application requirements of fiber optic transmission technology are constantly increasing.Starting from this perspective,this paper analyzes the basic principles of fiber optic transmission technology and its applications in modern communication engineering.Its advantages are reflected in high bandwidth,long-distance transmission,strong anti-interference and high security.On this basis,an analysis was also conducted on the challenges faced by fiber optic transmission technology,and solutions were proposed to address these challenges.
