摘　　要：文中讨论了网络资源数据资产管理的方法和流程。首先介绍了网络资源数据资产的概念和价值,指出了数据检索难、数据质量差和数据及时性不足等问题。然后,提出了构建网络资源数据资产目录、数据质量稽核规则和端到端运营监控的管理方法。构建目录可以统一编目管理数据资产,便于检索;构建稽核规则可以确保数据的准确性和完整性;构建运营监控可以及时发现数据异常并采取措施。通过这些方法,企业可以更好地管理和利用网络资源数据资产,提高数据的可信度和应用效果,优化业务流程,提高效率和竞争力。This paper discusses the methods and processes of managing network resource data assets.It first introduces the concept and value of network resource data assets,highlighting issues such as difficult data retrieval,poor data quality,and lack of data timeliness.Then,it proposes management methods such as building a network resource data asset catalog,data quality audit rules,and end-to-end operational monitoring.Building a catalog allows for unified cataloging and management of data assets,facilitating retrieval.Establishing audit rules ensures data accuracy and completeness.Implementing operational monitoring enables timely detection of data anomalies and appropriate actions.Through these methods,businesses can effectively manage and leverage network resource data assets,improving data reliability and application effectiveness,optimizing business processes,and enhancing efficiency and competitiveness.
