摘　　要：随着医疗技术的不断发展,医院信息化管理成为提升医疗服务质量和管理效率的重要手段。目前,医院信息化管理尚面临着认识不足、信息孤岛现象严重、数据分析能力有限、安全性不足等挑战。医院信息化管理具有显著的优势,如提升医院运行效率,增强市场竞争力,优化患者服务等。在实践案例中,A医院通过建立区域卫生信息平台、居民健康档案,加强信息化建设等措施,取得了显著的成效。未来,医院信息化管理将向资源共享、一体化信息平台和数据决策方向发展。With the continuous development of medical technology,hospital information management has become an important means to improve the quality of medical services and management efficiency.At present,hospital information management is still facing challenges such as insufficient understanding,serious information island phenomenon,limited data analytics ability,and insufficient security.Hospital information management has significant advantages,such as improving hospital operation efficiency,enhancing market competitiveness,and optimizing patient services.In practical cases,Hospital A has achieved remarkable results by establishing regional health information platforms,residents'health records,and strengthening information construction.In the future,hospital information management will develop in the direction of resource sharing,integrated information platforms,and data decision-making.
