主观阶层认同对农民幸福感的影响研究——基于控制感的中介作用

摘　　要：基于中国劳动力动态调查数据,运用有序probit模型和有中介的调节效应模型验证主观阶层认同对农民幸福感影响的作用机制。研究发现,主观阶层认同显著正向影响农民幸福感,其中当前和预期主观阶层认同显著正向影响农民幸福感,过去主观阶层认同显著负向影响农民幸福感。在主观阶层认同对农民幸福感的作用机制中,控制感具有正向中介作用,朋友支持具有负向调节作用。因此,提升农民幸福感不仅要关注农民的外部需求,也要关注农民的社会比较心理。Based on China Labor-force Dynamics Survey(CLDS)data,this paper applies the ordered Probit model and the mediated moderation model to verify the mechanism of subjective class identity’s impact on farmers’happiness.The results show that subjective class identity has a significant positive impact on farmers’happiness.In particular,current and expected subjective class identity significantly positively affects farmers’happiness,while past subjective class identity significantly negatively affects farmers’happiness.In the mechanism of subjective class identity’s impact on farmers’happiness,the sense of control plays a positive mediating role,while friends’support plays a negative moderating role.Therefore,to improve farmers’happiness,we should not only focus on their external needs,but also pay attention to their social comparison psychology.
