摘　　要：目的构建胰岛素治疗患者运动管理评价指标体系,为评价胰岛素治疗患者运动管理质量提供参考依据。方法以“结构-过程-结果”三维质量结构模型为理论依据,在文献分析、半结构式访谈的基础上拟定初稿,并通过德尔菲法专家函询及层次分析法,确定胰岛素治疗患者运动管理评价指标及其权重。结果选取17名专家开展2轮函询,问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.88和0.90,肯德尔和谐系数为0.191和0.169,各级指标的重要性赋值均数为4.47~5.00,变异系数为0~0.19,最终构建了包括3项一级指标、21项二级指标和59项三级指标的胰岛素治疗患者运动管理评价指标体系。结论构建的胰岛素治疗患者运动管理评价指标体系内容全面合理,权重设置科学客观,对医疗管理部门评价胰岛素治疗患者的运动管理质量具有指导意义。Objective To construct an evaluation indicator system for exercise management in patients undergoing insulin therapy,aiming to provide a reference for the evaluation of exercise management quality in these patients.Methods The system was drafted through literature analysis and semi⁃structured interviews based on the three⁃dimensional(structure-process-outcome)quality structure model.Evaluation indicators and their weights for managing exercise of patients undergoing insulin therapy were determined using the Delphi method(expert consultation)and analytic hierarchy process.Results For the 2 rounds of consultation with 17 experts,questionnaire recovery rates were 100%,the authoritative coefficients were 0.88 and 0.90,Kendall's coefficients of concordance were 0.191 and 0.169,the importance of each indicator was assigned a value of 4.47‒5.00,and the coefficient of variation was 0-0.19.The final evaluation indicator system for exercise management in patients undergoing insulin therapy consisted of 3 first⁃level indicators,21 second⁃level indicators and 59 third⁃level indicators.Conclusion The evaluation indicator system for exercise management in patients undergoing insulin therapy is comprehensive and logically structured,incorporating scientifically validated weight settings.The system offers valuable guidance for medical management departments in evaluating the quality of exercise management of patients undergoing insulin therapy.
