摘  要:为减小物流运输检疫工作的压力,设计了一种智能、高效且精准的物流消杀设备。因物流运输链中待消杀检测对象的品类繁杂,采用可在低温常压状态下高效杀菌的低温等离子体消毒技术,并在物流包裹消杀进程中设计一种垂直跌落装置,利用包裹自身重力进行翻转,减少消杀盲区。为提高消杀效率,搭建了可实时检测的智能化系统,实现消杀设备的自主控制,大幅度提高消杀效率,适用于冷链物流,为全产业链物流领域的病菌监测和防控提供了有效的解决方案。In order to reduce the pressure of logistics transport quarantine work,an intelligent,efficient and accurate logistics disinfection equipment was studied.Considering the complex types of objects to be disinfected on the logistics transport chain,the low-temperature plasma disinfection technology was adopted to efficiently sterilize at low temperature and atmospheric pressure.In the process of eliminating logistics packages,a vertical drop device was designed to turn over the package by its own weight to reduce the blind area during disinfection.In order to improve the disinfection efficiency,an intelligent system of realtime detection was built to realize the autonomous control of disinfection equipment.The intelligent logistics sterilization equipment could greatly improve the disinfection efficiency,especially suitable for cold chain logistics.This equipment provided an effective solution for epidemic monitoring,prevention and control in the logistics field of the whole industry chain.
