摘　　要：针对马脊梁矿现有的胶带检测手段人工劳动强度高、检出率低等诸多弊端,成功引入ZSX220(127)D型无损检测装置,系统分析了ZSX220(127)D型无损检测装置的组成结构、工作原理与功能,通过对五盘区胶带机现场检测表明,ZSX220(127)D型无损检测装置检测结果精准,检出率高,完全满足井下胶带检测的需求。In response to the many drawbacks of high manual labor intensity and low detection rate in the existing tape testing methods in Majiliang Mine,the ZSX220(127)D-type non-destructive testing device has been successfully introduced.The composition,working principle,and function of the ZSX220(127)D-type non-destructive testing device have been systematically analyzed.Through on-site testing of the five plate belt conveyor,it has been shown that the ZSX220(127)D-type non-destructive testing device has accurate testing results,high detection rate,and fully meets the requirements of underground tape testing.
