摘  要:为了有效地解决采场和上隅角的瓦斯涌出过多等问题,以晋城蓝焰煤业股份有限公司成庄矿101采区为研究对象,采用ZYWL-6000DS定向钻机进行高位定向钻进,最大孔深600 m。根据“O”型圈原理和现场条件,优化了高位钻孔的布置高度。对高位定向钻孔抽气监测结果进行了分析,发现该钻孔具有服务年限长、瓦斯抽采效果好等优点,单孔的瓦斯抽采纯量可达17.9~18.2 m3/min。随着回采工作面的推进,上隅角的瓦斯含量降低到了0.2%~0.4%,说明在高位钻孔下,瓦斯抽采效果明显,为回采工作的顺利进行提供了强有力保证。In order to effectively solve the problem of excessive gas emission in the mining area and upper corner,the 101 mining area of a certain mine in Shanxi Province was taken as the research object.The ZYWL-6000DS directional drilling rig was used for high-level directional drilling,with a maximum hole depth of 600 m.According to the principle of "O" ring and on-site conditions,the layout height of high-level drilling holes has been optimized.An analysis was conducted on the gas extraction monitoring results of the high-level directional drilling hole,and it was found that the drilling hole has advantages such as long service life and good gas extraction effect.The pure gas extraction volume of a single hole can reach 17.9 to 18.2 cubic meters per minute.With the advancement of the mining face,the gas content in the upper corner has decreased to 0.2% to 0.4%,indicating that under high-level drilling,the gas extraction effect is obvious,providing a strong guarantee for the smooth progress of mining work.
