摘　　要：闲置农房盘活利用后的乡村景观评价体系建立有助于科学评估农房改造效果,为乡村振兴战略的实施提供有力支持。本研究从乡村宜居生活景观、社会生产景观和自然生态景观三个维度构建乡村景观评价体系,通过层次分析与模糊综合评价相结合的方法分析指标权重,结合台州市黄岩区西部乡村闲置农房盘活利用后景观效果评价进行实证分析以验证评价指标体系的有效性。并结合台州市黄岩区西部乡村景观评价的实证研究结果,提出强化乡村整体布局、打造优质宜居环境、优化社会生产格局和保护自然生态平衡等优化建议,旨在为今后闲置农房盘活利用后乡村景观建设提供借鉴。The establishment of a rural landscape evaluation system after the revitalization of idle farmhouses aids in scientifically assessing the effects of farmhouse transformation,providing robust support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.This study constructs a rural landscape evaluation system from three dimensions:livable rural lifescape,social production landscape,and natural ecological landscape.By combining Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the study analyzes the weight of indicators and validates the effectiveness of the evaluation system through an empirical analysis of the post-revitalization landscape effects in the western rural areas of Huangyan District,Taizhou City.Based on the empirical research findings of"Landscape Evaluation in the Western Rural Areas of Huangyan District,Taizhou City",targeted optimization suggestions are made,including strengthening the overall rural layout,creating high-quality livable environments,optimizing the social production pattern,and protecting the natural ecological balance.These suggestions aim to provide references for future construction of rural landscapes following the revitalization of idle farmhouses.
