摘　　要：作为一种面向读者的叙事模式和思维范式,博尔赫斯小说形态的思想实验以“镜子”假设无限时空的世界场景,借由“迷宫”叙事论证与“图书馆”演绎认知结果,呈现了世界的混乱本质及逃离与沉浸两条认识路径,为读者理解无限时空下的世界本质与人类认识提供思想驱动。以《阿莱夫》《小径分岔的花园》和《通天塔图书馆》为文本对象,指出博尔赫斯小说中的镜像场景、迷宫叙事与书本经验认知要素共同构建其思想实验的假设、论证与结果,以阐明读者在博尔赫斯“如果时空是无限的,人类会怎样认识世界”的思想实验中的认知活动,推动读者在博尔赫斯思想实验中对世界本质与人类认识进行理解与反思,敞开博尔赫斯小说解读的新思路。As a narrative and cognitive mode oriented towards readers,Borges’thought experiments of fiction form employ the“mirror”scenario to hypothesize an infinite spatiotemporal world,utilizing the“labyrinth”narrative to argue and the“library”deduction to present cognitive outcomes,thereby providing a thought-driven framework for readers to comprehend the chaotic essence of world and two cognitive paths(escape and immersion).Taking three novels:Aleph,The Garden of Forking Paths and Babel Library as objects,this paper points out the mirror imagery,labyrinth narrative and empirical representation co-construct the hypothesis,argument and result of the thought experiment.It attempts to elucidate readers’ cognitive activities in Borges’ thought experiment of “how human cognizes the world if space and time were infinite”, to promote readers’ understanding and reflection on the nature of the world and human cognition in Borges’ thought experiments and to widen the interpretation of Borges’ fictions.
