摘 要:建筑地下室抗浮设防水位取值直接关系其抗浮措施的选择,抗浮设防水位确定一般主要依据地区水位观测资料以及建筑勘察期间实测的地下水位情况,但不同场地地层会对抗浮设防水位确定产生较大影响。基于此,以实际工程案例为依托,分析强透水卵石场地的建筑地下室抗浮设防水位合理取值,研究其抗浮措施,得到抗浮设防水位取值不宜低于建筑室外地坪以下1.0m以抗浮桩抗浮为主的结论。The value of the anti-floating water level for the basement of a building directly affects the selection of anti-floating measures,the determination of the anti-floating water level is generally based on regional water level observation data and the measured groundwater level during building survey,but different site strata can have a significant impact on the determination of the anti-floating water level.Based on it,relying on actual engineering cases,this article analyzes the reasonable value of the anti-floating water level for the basement of a building located on a highly permeable pebble site,and studies the anti-floating measures.It is proposed that the anti-floating water level should not be lower than 10m below the outdoor floor,it is more reasonable to use anti-floating piles.
