摘　　要：北京冬奥会雪车雪橇赛道依地形而建,分为54个制冷单元,须保证制冷单元内的制冷管道制作与安装精度。首先介绍雪车雪橇赛道制冷管道系统的组成,其次介绍了制冷管道系统中异形构件模块化制作成型质量,最后介绍制冷管道系统中异形构件的模块化安装技术。The Beijing Winter Olympics snowmobile track is built according to the terrain and is divided into 54 refrigeration units,ensuring the accuracy of the production and installation of refrigeration piping within the refrigeration units.Firstly,the composition of the refrigeration piping system for sled racing tracks is introduced.Secondly,the quality of modular production and molding of irregular components in the refrigeration piping system is introduced.Finally,the modular installation technology of irregular components in the refrigeration piping system is introduced.
