摘　　要：马克思资本理论是理解和分析资本无序扩张问题的重要依据。资本本质上是一种生产关系,资本的无序扩张不仅与资本的一般规定有关,还与资本的特殊规定密不可分。根据资本的所有制性质,社会主义市场经济条件下的各类资本可分为公有资本和私有资本。公有资本和私有资本的性质、职能及其在不同市场竞争结构下的行为决定了各类资本的运行边界,生产力的发展和生产方式的变革决定了资本结构的演进方向。坚持以公有资本为主体,促进各类资本分类运行、共同发展,根据社会生产力发展对资本的运行边界做出动态调整,将有助于社会主义市场经济下各类资本的有序运行。Marx's capital theory is an important basis for understanding and analyzing the problem of disorderly expansion of capital.Capital is essentially a production relation.The disorderly expansion of capital is not only related to the general provisions of capital,but also closely related to the special provisions of capital.According to the ownership nature of capital,all kinds of capital in the socialist market economy can be divided into public capital and private capital.The nature,function and behavior of public capital and private capital in different market competition structures determine the operation boundary of all kinds of capital.The development of productive forces and the reform of production mode determine the evolution direction of capital structure.Adhere to the public capital as the main body,promote the operation of all kinds of capital classification and common development,and make dynamic adjustments to the operation boundary of capital according to the development of social productive forces,which will help the orderly operation of all kinds of capital in the socialist market economy.
