摘　　要：深入分析智能变电站远动快速对点系统的关键技术,以提高智能变电站运行的可靠性及安全性。通过对远动系统通信技术、状态量/模拟量仿真技术和智能变电站SCD文件解析技术的研究,在远动系统通信技术方面,提出了模拟MMS模块发送带有动作信息的MMS报文的快速对点方式,实现站端-远动-调度主站的完整调试。在状态量/模拟量仿真技术方面,设计了点值对点系统,利用仿真平台对远动装置的输入和输出报文进行校对,实现了对远动机的测试,进而实现站端—远动—调度主站的测试。在智能变电站SCD文件解析技术方面,利用JAXB与VTD-XML技术从SCD中提取与信息流有关的逻辑设备、逻辑节点、数据对象等,建立了系统内部的高性能数据索引和关联机制。Thoroughly analyze the key technologies of the remote fast point-to-point system in intelligent substations,in order to improve the reliability and safety of the operation of intelligent substations.Through the study of communication technology in remote control systems,state/analog simulation technology,and intelligent substation SCD file parsing technology,a fast point-topoint method for simulating MMS modules to send MMS messages with action information is proposed in remote control system communication technology,achieving complete debugging of station end,remote control,and scheduling main station.In terms of state/analog simulation technology,a point-to-point system was designed,and the simulation platform was used to verify the input and output messages of the remote control device,achieving testing of the remote control machine and subsequently achieving testing of the station end,remote control,and scheduling master station.In terms of intelligent substation SCD file parsing technology,JAXB and VTD-XML technologies are used to extract logical devices,logical nodes,data objects,etc.related to information flow from SCD,and a high-performance data index and association mechanism within the system is established.
