摘 要:当前在大跨度桥梁施工中,正交异性钢桥面板被广泛使用,然而,随着使用时间的延长,该面板的疲劳问题逐渐凸显,对其使用寿命造成严重影响。以某公路钢桥正交异性钢桥面板为例,分析其构造参数对桥面板疲劳细节应力幅的影响,分析构造参数的合理配置。研究结果显示,在设计要求下,增加顶板与横隔板厚度,缩小横隔板间距,可以显著降低面板疲劳易损部位的应力幅。此外,通过分析提高抗疲劳性能措施,在原有横隔板附近设置小横隔板,具有减小竖向应力、减小疲劳应力幅、施工质量易于把控等优点。Currently,in the construction of large-span bridges,orthotropic steel bridge decks are widely used.However,with the extension of service time,the fatigue problem of this deck gradually becomes prominent,which has a serious impact on its service life.By taking the orthotropic steel bridge deck of a certain highway steel bridge as an example,the influence of its structural parameters on the fatigue detail stress amplitude of the bridge deck is analyzed,and the reasonable configuration of structural parameters is analyzed.The research results show that,under the design requirements,increasing the thickness of the top plate and diaphragm,reducing the spacing between diaphragms,can significantly reduce the stress amplitude of the fatigue vulnerable parts of the deck.In addition,by analyzing measures to improve fatigue resistance,setting small horizontal partitions near the original ones has the advantages of reducing vertical stress,reducing fatigue stress amplitude,and easy control of construction quality.
