深厚软土地基双护筒钻孔灌注桩施工技术探析

摘  要:以佛山市高明区水利基础设施建设项目为背景,针对桩底岩层高程分布不均,流砂涌入护筒,始终无法完成清孔工作的难题,提出采取孔底磨岩整平+双护筒工艺,在后续的施工项目管理中又将灌注桩进行工序分解管控,精细控制过程。采用相关施工技术有效解决了泵站基坑支护施工难题,为同类软土地基护筒施工提供了新的方法。从深厚软土地基双护筒钻孔灌注桩施工工法特点、工程概况、总体施工方案及重难点、双护筒钻孔灌注桩施工、灌注桩工序分解管控5个方面展开论述。通过采用双护筒钻孔灌注桩施工技术,成功解决了在深厚软土地基的地质条件下,钻孔在进行作业的过程中遇到的难题,顺利完成工程项目,值得推广应用。Taking the water conservancy infrastructure construction project in Gaoming District,Foshan City as the background,in response to the problem of uneven distribution of rock layers at the pile bottom,flowing sand pouring into the casing,and the inability to complete the hole cleaning work,it is proposed to adopt the hole bottom grinding rock leveling+double casing technology.In the subsequent construction project management,the injection pile will be decomposed and controlled in the process,with fine process control.Effectively solving the construction difficulties of pump station foundation pit support,it provides a new method for the construction of similar soft soil foundation casing.This article discusses the characteristics of the construction method,engineering overview,overall construction plan and key difficulties of the double casing bored pile in deep soft soil foundation,the construction of the double casing bored pile,and the decomposition and control of the grouting pile process from five aspects.By adopting the double casing drilling and grouting pile construction technology,some difficulties encountered during drilling operations in deep soft soil foundation geological conditions have been successfully solved,and the engineering project has been successfully completed,which is worth promoting and applying.
