摘  要:研究了有机硅及有机氟改性丙烯酸酯单体对防污性能的影响。以甲基丙烯酸聚二甲基硅氧烷基酯、全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、4-羟丁基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酸酯为原料,通过分布投料法,中和水转制备侧链含有有机硅、有机氟及长链烷烃结构的丙烯酸改性树脂。固定有机硅及有机氟单体的含量。当有机氟单体增加时,接触角增大,同时耐溶剂性能提高;增加有机硅单体时,耐污性能提高,尤其是油性笔擦拭性能优异。增加交联基团可以使涂层硬度达到2H。Study the effect of organosilicon and organofluorine modified acrylic monomers on anti fouling performance.Acrylic modified resins with side chains containing organic silicon,organic fluorine,and long-chain alkane structures were prepared using polydimethylsiloxane methacrylate,perfluorohexaethyl acrylate,methacrylic acid,methyl methacrylate,4-hydroxybutyl acrylate,and laurate methacrylate as raw materials through distributed feeding method,followed by neutralization and water conversion.Fix the content of organic silicon and organic fluorine monomers.As the organic fluorine monomers increase,the contact angle increases and the solvent resistance improves;When adding organosilicon monomers,the stain resistance is improved,especially the excellent wiping performance of oil-based pens.Adding cross-linking groups can increase the hardness of the coating to 2H.
