摘 要:高校“四育”综合育人模式是指将创新创业创造教育、思想政治教育、专业教育、科学研究育人4个方面有机结合,培养学生全面发展的教育理念和实践模式。经过多年的发展,我国“四育”各个维度的研究已经初见成效,但是“四育”综合研究得较少,面对的问题仍然较为复杂,鉴于我国高校“四育”综合育人系统的开放性、非平衡状态等特性与协同学理论契合度较高,本文运用协同学理论,通过文献研究和实地调研对“四育”协同育人模式进行探索,为高校教育改革提供新的思路和方向。The“Four Education”comprehensive education mode in colleges and universities refers to the education concept and practice mode that organically combines the four aspects of innovation,entrepreneurship and creativity education,ideological and political education,professional education and scientific research education to cultivate students,all-round development.After years of development,China’s research on each dimension of the Four Educations has begun to bear fruit,but the comprehensive research on the Four Educations is less and the problems faced are still more complicated.In view of the openness and nonequilibrium of the“Four Education”comprehensive education system in China’s colleges and universities and the high degree of compatibility with the theory of synergy,this paper uses the theory of synergy to explore the“Four Education”collaborative education model through literature research and field studies,so as to provide new ideas and directions for college education reform.
