摘 要:对于以PA6为阻断层的多层共挤膜而言,通过马来酸酐(MA)接枝改性的聚乙烯是一种良好的黏合树脂,利用双螺杆挤出机制备马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯,作为五层共挤薄膜的结合层,从晶体数量、拉伸强度、剥离强度等角度,考察马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯对五层共挤薄膜的影响。经实验发现,随着马来酸酐添加量的增加,对五层共挤吹膜晶点的影响先增大后减少,对五层共挤膜的纵向拉伸强度和横向拉伸强度的影响都是先升高后降低,但是剥离强度逐步升高,氧气透过率先降低后升高,透光率逐步降低。在五层共挤薄膜的生产过程中,需要结合马来酸酐对五层共挤薄膜的拉伸强度、剥离强度、氧气透过率、透光率的影响,综合考虑马来酸酐的添加量。For the multilayer co-extruded film with PA6 as the blocking layer,polyethylene grafted by maleic anhydride(MA)is a good bonding resin.Twin-screw extrusion mechanism is used to prepare maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene as the binding layer of five-layer co-extruded film.The effect of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene on five-layer co-extruded films was investigated.Through experiments,with the increase of maleic anhydride,the influence on the crystal point of the five-layer coextruded film first increased and then decreased,and the influ-ence on the longitudinal tensile strength and transverse tensile strength of the five-layer coextruded film first increased and then decreased.However,the stripping strength gradually increased,the oxygen transmission first decreased and then increased,and the light transmittance gradually de-creased.In the production process of five-layer co-extruded film,it is necessary to consider the in-fluence of maleic anhydride on the tensile strength,stripping strength,oxygen transmittance and light transmittance of five-layer co-extruded film,and the addition amount of maleic anhydride.
