摘  要:应用X射线荧光光谱仪对云南省盐业有限公司昆明盐矿生产的盐硝产品进行分析,建立盐硝产品中氯离子含量硫酸根离子含量和X射线荧光强度的工作曲线,对未知食盐、芒硝样品中的氯离子和硫酸根离子进行定量测定,并与化学滴定分析法测定结果进行对比,以验证X射线荧光光谱仪法测定盐硝产品中氯离子和硫酸根离子含量的可行性。实验结果表明:利用X射线荧光光谱仪法开展盐硝产品中氯离子、硫酸根离子含量测定结果与国标化学滴定法的测定结果的准确性相当,其测量结果完全满足标准要求。利用该方法测定盐硝产品中氯离子、硫酸根离子含量,其样品预处理时间不超过2 min,完成样品的检测时间不超过4 min,极大提高了分析检测效率。X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was used to analyze the salt and nitrate products produced by Kunming Salt Mine of Yunnan Salt Industry Co.,Ltd.A working curve was established for the content of chloride ions and sulfate ions in the salt and nitrate products,as well as the X-ray fluorescence intensity.The chloride ions and sulfate ions in unknown salt and nitrate samples were quantitatively determined,and the results were compared with those obtained by chemical titration analysis,To verify the feasibility of using X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy to determine the content of chloride ions and sulfate ions in salt and nitrate products.The experimental results showed that the accuracy of using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to determine the content of chloride ions and sulfate ions in salt and nitrate products is comparable to that of the national standard chemical titra-tion method,and the measurement results fully meet the standard requirements.The method is used to determine the content of chloride ions and sulfate ions in salt and nitrate products.The sample pretreatment time does not exceed 2 minutes,and the detection time for the completed sample does not exceed 4 minutes,greatly improving the analysis and detection efficiency.
