贵州三都水族自治县青贮饲料产业发展现状与对策

摘　　要：[目的]探索贵州省三都水族自治县青贮饲料产业高质量发展的路径,实现畜牧业可持续发展。[方法]结合实际,深入走访青贮饲料加工企业、养殖场(户),查阅相应文献资料,对当地牧草种植、青贮饲料加工、利用及发展前景等方面进行细致分析总结,创新性提出相应对策建议。[结果]该县具备牧草种植的良好条件,畜禽养殖基础较好,但还存在缺少技术人才、缺少龙头企业带动、青贮饲料加工技术水平不高和质量参差不齐、牧草品种单一和青贮原料利用率低、对青贮饲料认识不足、扶持力度不足、机械化率低的问题,为此要加强人才培养、建立技术专班和加强技术指导、出台扶持政策和加强资金扶持、实施牧草种植和青贮饲料加工试验示范、引进龙头企业带动、全面提升机械化率、实施青贮饲料加工项目助推产业振兴。[结论]该县当前时期具备大力推广青贮饲料加工的有利条件,给牛羊等牲畜提供营养均衡、青绿多汁、适口性好的青贮饲料,可以使群众获得较好的经济效益,为三都县畜牧业实现可持续发展提供坚实的基础保障。[Objectives]The pathway of developing silage industry with high-quality in Shui Nationality Autonomous County of Sandu,Guizhou Province,was studied to realize the sustainable development of animal husbandry.[Methods]The local forage planting,the processing,utilization and development prospects of silage feed was analyzed and summarized in detail based on the practice,visiting on the enterprises of processing silage feed and farmers(households),and reviewing literatures.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were innovatively proposed.[Results]Shui Nationality Autonomous County of Sandu,Guizhou Province,had good conditions for forage planting and a good foundation for livestock and poultry farming.However,there were problems including the lack of technical personnel,the shortage of leading enterprises to drive,low technical level and uneven quality of silage processing,single forage varieties and low utilization rate of silage raw materials,insufficient understanding of silage feed,insufficient support,and low rate of mechanization.It is necessary to strengthen personnel training,establish specialized technical teams and strengthen technical guidance,introduce supporting policies and strengthen financial support,implement experimental demonstrations for planting forage and processing silage feed,introduce leading enterprises to drive,comprehensively improve the rate of mechanization,and implement projects of processing silage feed to boost the revitalization of silage industry in Shui Autonomous County of Sandu,Guizhou Province.[Conclusions]At present,Shui Nationality Autonomous County of Sandu has favorable conditions for vigorously promoting the processing of silage feed,providing juicy,and palatable silage feed with balanced nutrition for livestock such as cattle and sheep,which can bring good economic benefits to the people.It will provide a solid foundation for the sustainable development of animal husbandry in Sandu County,Guizhou Province.
