摘 要:根据对水锤压力公式各项含义的分析,阐述了管道内水锤形成的基本原因及对水锤产生影响的基本因素。根据分析结果,提出了在长输供热管网及系统中,减少或避免水锤的一般性建议。同时,以某长输供热管网实际工程为例,进一步解释水锤成因的各项因素在实际工程中的影响情况,具体为对该实际工程进行动态水力分析,针对该工程中阀门关闭、水泵故障、事故断电等多种工况进行分析并对比,提出了在此类工程中保证供热系统安全运行的措施。Based on the analysis of the meaning of the water hammer pressure formula,the basic reasons for the formation of the water hammer in the pipeline and the basic factors affecting the water hammer are expounded.According to the analysis results,some general suggestions are put forward to reduce or avoid water hammer in long distance heat supply network and system.At the same time,taking the actual project of a long-distance heating pipe network as an example,the influence of various factors of the cause of water hammer in the actual project is further explained.Specifically,the dynamic hydraulic analysis of the actual project is carried out,aiming at the valve closure,pump failure,accident power failure and other conditions in the project are analyzed and compared,and the measures to ensure the safe operation of the heating system in such projects are put forward.
