摘　　要：对运营型园林的“五好”特性及其构建方法进行具体阐述。“好看”体现观赏性,包括色彩搭配、空间营造和实体物;“好用”体现功能性,包括基本功能、可达性和可扩展性;“好养”体现生态性,包括植物及材料选择、新技术及新能源应用、智慧管养;“好省”体现节约性,包括应用节约型园林技术、弹性留白和提升绿地系统效率;“好玩”体现经营性,包括完善基本配套、植入特色业态和组织主题活动。The paper elaborates the“five good”characteristics and construction methods of operational garden.Good looking reflects the appreciation,including color matching,space construction and entity conception;Ease of use reflects functionality,including basic functions,internal and external accessibility and scalability;Ease of maintenance reflects ecology,including plant and material selection,application of new technology and new energy,and intelligent management;More economical performance reflects economy,including the application of economical gardens technology,flexible blank space and improvement of green space system efficiency;Interesting reflects the operation,including improving the basic supporting facilities,planting characteristic business forms and organizing theme activities.
