摘　　要：针对城市积水内涝、污水冒溢等排水治理问题,论文以济南市为例,通过分析现状排水设施,以问题为导向,按照雨污分流“消溢流、改混接、治渗水”和内涝治理“上拦、中梳、下泄”的工作思路,详细阐述了雨污合流管网改造和内涝治理PPP项目的建设方案。从建设、管理、运营等方面总结经验、分析不足,提出了“厂—网—河湖—山”排水系统一体化运营模式,着力解决城市排水顽疾。In view of urban waterlogging,sewage overflow,this paper takes Ji’nan City as an example,through the analysis of the current drainage facilities,problem-oriented,elaborated the PPP project construction scheme.Measures such as“elimination of sewage overflow,improvement of mixed connection of rainwater and sewage,control of seepage”were taken in the diversion of rain and pollution,and measures such as“mountain storage,pipe network dredging,river control”were taken in the control of urban waterlogging.From the construction,management,operation and other aspects of the experience,analysis of the deficiencies,put forward the“sewage treatment plant-drainage pipe network-river,lake-mountain”drainage system integration,to solve the urban drainage problems.
