摘  要:针对海外EPC项目物流风险的复杂性和多样性问题,研究提出了一种基于分析网络过程的物流风险管理模型。该模型通过全面识别物流风险因素,并利用ANP网络结构模型揭示它们之间的相互影响关系,进而进行准确的风险评估。实证分析显示,在跨国能源项目中,该风险管理模型的风险事件发生率和经济损失分别为6.2%和28万元,显著低于传统风险管理方法。研究结果表明,新型风险管理模型能够促进物流风险管理领域的发展,为海外EPC项目的物流风险管理提供有效的解决方案。In view of the complexity and diversity of logistics risks in overseas EPC projects,this study proposes a logistics risk management model based on the analysis of network processes.The model can identify logistics risk factors comprehensively,and use ANP network structure model to reveal the interaction between them,so as to carry out accurate risk assessment.The empirical analysis shows that the risk event incidence and economic loss of this risk management model in transnational energy projects are 6.2%and 280000,respectively,which are significantly lower than the traditional risk management methods.The results show that the new risk management model can not only reduce the occurrence of risk events,but also promote the development of logistics risk management field,and provide an effective solution for the logistics risk management of overseas EPC projects.
