摘　　要：针对建筑工程领域招投标中知识产权管理的不足及缺陷,提出构建和健全组织架构、强化知识产权审查、加强监管职责、制定知识产权条款、构建专业知识丰富且掌握招投标流程的管理团队等对策。解决了产权管理问题,实现了风险评估及应对准备。In view of the deficiencies and defects of intellectual property management in bidding for construction projects,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as constructing and perfecting organizational structure,strengthening intellectual property review,strengthening supervision responsibilities,setting intellectual property terms,and building a management team with rich professional knowledge and mastering bidding process.The problem of property right management is solved,and the risk assessment and preparation are realized.
