浅谈新校区建设项目实施中全过程工程咨询的问题与对策

摘　　要：对聊城职业技术学院新校区建设项目中出现的技术人员经验不足、人员流动性过高、人员资源不足等问题,从全过程咨询项目的整体性、效益性和公正性的特点采取了选择合适的咨询公司、加强咨询服务的监督和管理、明确各方权责等管理措施和应对策略,探讨在项目实施过程中如何管理好全过程咨询公司的实践经验。In order to solve the problems such as insufficient technical personnel experience,excessive personnel mobility and insufficient personnel resources in the construction project of the new campus of Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College,this paper adopts management measures and coping strategies such as selecting the appropriate consulting company,strengthening the supervision and management of consulting services,and clarifying the rights and responsibilities of all parties from the perspective of the integrity,efficiency and fairness of the whole process of the consulting project.This paper discusses the practical experience of how to manage the whole process consulting company in the process of project implementation.
