粮食筒仓群桩基础竖向承载变形特性数值模拟分析

摘  要:粮食筒仓建设场地为原有海域经人工回填整平而成,极易引起沉降,为保证筒仓的安全性和稳定性,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立三维有限元计算模型,分析不同阶段荷载和邻仓对筒仓群桩基础竖向承载变形特性的影响。分析结果表明:群桩基础竖向承载变形不均匀分布受上部荷载影响较大。施工完成阶段,结构自重荷载主要作用于外边缘,边桩竖向承载变形较大,最小和最大沉降量分别为0.551 mm和0.959 mm;服役阶段,满仓荷载分布较为均匀,中心桩竖向承载变形较大,最小和最大沉降量分别为1.271 mm和2.335 mm。群桩基础竖向承载变形受邻仓影响较大。对群桩竖向承载变形的影响随距离的增加而减小,沉降量随邻仓数量的增加而增大;邻仓位置分布的不对称,导致沉降差异增大。The construction site of the grain silo is an artificially filled area of the original sea,which is prone to settlement.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the silo,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish a three-dimensional finite element calculation model to analyze the influence of different stages of loads and adjacent silos on the vertical bearing deformation characteristics of the silo group pile foundation.The analysis results show that the uneven distribution of vertical bearing deformation of the group pile foundation is greatly affected by the upper load.During the construction completion stage,the self-weight load of the structure mainly acts on the outer edge,and the vertical bearing deformation of the edge pile is larger,with the minimum and maximum settlement values of 0.551 mm and 0.959 mm,respectively.During the service stage,the load distribution of the full silo is relatively uniform,and the vertical bearing deformation of the center pile is larger,with the minimum and maximum settlement values of 1.271 mm and 2.335 mm,respectively.The vertical bearing deformation of the group pile foundation is greatly affected by the adjacent silo.The influence on the vertical bearing deformation of the group pile foundation decreases as the distance increases,and the settlement value increases as the number of adjacent silos increases.The uneven settlement difference increases due to the asymmetrical distribution of the adjacent silo position.
