摘 要:为研究沟埋式管道的垂直土压力,以甘肃某大型管道工程为研究背景,采用PFC3D数值分析方法,建立埋地管道三维离散元模型,模拟土体工后沉降过程中管土相互作用过程,分析不同埋深、管径条件下的管顶土压力分布规律和管顶垂直土压力,并与现场试验和理论计算进行对比验证。结果表明:沉降过程中土颗粒位移持续增大,最后趋于稳定,在管顶位置与土的接触处力达到最大。现场试验和数值模拟所得的管顶土压力分布规律一致,近似呈“中间大,两侧小”的抛物线分布形式,管顶垂直土压力随管道埋深的增加而增大。管径对管顶垂直土压力的影响较小,整体随着管径增大呈现出逐渐减小的趋势。数值模拟与折学森土压力计算理论更为接近,Marston计算理论偏于保守。In order to analyze the vertical earth pressure of trench buried pipeline, a large pipeline project in Gansu Province is taken as the research background. A three-dimensional discrete element model of buried pipeline is established by using PFC3D numerical analysis method, and the pipe-soil interaction process in the process of soil post-construction settlement is simulated. The distribution law of pipe top earth pressure and vertical soil pressure under different buried depth and pipe diameter were analyzed and compared with field test and theoretical calculation. The results show that the displacement of soil particles increases continuously in the process of settlement, and finally tends to be stable, and the contact force between the pipe top and the soil reaches the maximum;the distribution law of the earth pressure on the pipe top obtained by field test and numerical simulation is approximately "big in the middle". The parabola distribution of "small on both sides", and the vertical earth pressure on the top of the pipe increases with the increase of the buried depth of the pipeline. The influence of pipe diameter on the vertical earth pressure of pipe top is small, and the overall trend decreases with the increase of pipe diameter;the numerical simulation is closer to the calculation theory of earth pressure, and the Marston calculation theory is more conservative. The research results can provide theoretical reference for ditch buried pipelines in similar sites.
