摘 要:为了探讨全盘滚刀在短距离软土中掘进的同时切削多根钢筋混凝土桩的可行性,以苏州地铁8号线左线隧道下穿圆融桥14根桥桩工程为依托,采用理论分析、现场监测等方法分析全盘滚刀的切桩效果、切削参数变化与特征、刀具磨损与桥梁结构响应。试验研究表明:全盘滚刀可直接切削桩基,切削钢筋机制主要以碾压剪切破坏为主,拉扭破坏为辅,切桩时实测推速稳定在最低设定推速的1.74~2.63倍,扭矩会随着土仓压力的波动增大而增大,从而易产生刀具磨损、崩刀等不良情况。切削推力、扭矩与贯入度近似呈线性关系,切削桩基施工的最大、平均推力分别约为常规地层掘进时的119.6%、110.4%,最大扭矩、平均扭矩分别约为常规地层掘进时的125.6%、114.4%。隧道贯通后,滚刀无偏磨、无结泥饼,刀刃最大磨损量2 mm,桥梁最大隆起3 mm,最大沉降7.2 mm。表明全盘滚刀在短距离的软土中掘进并同时切削两根、连续切削多根钢筋混凝土桩基是可行的。建议施工时土仓压力波动值控制在0.1 bar之内。Based on 14 piles under Yuanrong Bridge of Suzhou Metro Line 8 left line tunnel,the pile cutting effect,cutting parameter change and characteristics,tool wear and bridge structural response were analyzed by theoretical analysis and field monitoring methods.The feasibility of cutting multiple reinforced concrete piles with full hob in short distance soft soil is discussed.Results are as follows.The whole hob can directly cut the pile foundation,the cutting mechanism is mainly based on rolling shear damage,and the tensile and torsional damage is assisted.When cutting the pile,the measured pushing speed is stable at 1.74~2.63 times of the minimum set pushing speed,and the torque will increase with the fluctuation of the soil bin pressure,which is easy to produce bad conditions such as tool wear and knife collapse.It is suggested that the fluctuation value of soil bin pressure should be controlled within 0.1 bar during construction.There is a linear relationship between cutting thrust and torque and penetration degree.The maximum and average thrust of cutting pile foundation construction is about 119.6%and 110.4%of that of conventional stratum driving,respectively,and the maximum and average torque are about 125.6%and 114.4%of that of conventional stratum driving,respectively.After the tunnel is broken through,the hob has no bias grinding and no mud cake,the maximum wear of the blade is 2 mm,the maximum rise of the bridge is 3 mm,and the maximum settlement is 7.2 mm,indicating that it is feasible for the overall hob to drill and cut two or multiple reinforced concrete pile foundations in the short distance of soft soil.
