摘 要:为应对海洋钻井过程出现的高压溢流和井涌风险,设计了一种井下应急封隔器装置,在内外胶筒间添加金属骨架提高其坐封强度。为评估井下应急封隔器的坐封效果,利用有限元方法建立井下应急封隔器模型,模拟了封隔器的坐封过程,并对比了金属骨架对胶筒接触应力、坐封效果的影响。结果表明:20 MPa坐封压力下,胶筒与套管接触应力达到12.1 MPa,封隔器能够封堵20 MPa井下溢流;添加金属骨架后,胶筒峰值应力、变形均显著降低,坐封能力大幅提升。所设计的井下应急封隔器装置可实现高压溢流、井涌的有效封堵,保障平台作业安全。To deal with the high-pressure overflow and well kick during offshore drilling,a downhole emergency packer was designed,and a metal skeleton was added between the inner and outer rubber cylinders to improve its sealing strength.To evaluate the setting effect of the downhole emergency packer,a finite element model was established and the whole setting process was simulated.The influence of the metal skeleton on the contact stress and sealing effect of the the rubber cylinder was studied.The results show that the contact stress between the rubber cylinder and casing reaches 12.1 MPa at the sitting pressure of 20 MPa,and the packer can effectively block the overflow of 20 MPa.The peak stress and deformation of the rubber cylinder are decreased,and its sealing ability is significantly increased by adding the metal skeleton.The designed downhole emergency packer can effectively seal the high-pressure overflow and well kick,ensuring the safety of platform operation.
